The landlord/owner has a legal requirement to test and maintain dry/wet risers annually or risk your insurance being nil & void.

TMW Dry Risers offer Service Agreements for Dry Riser Testing to take the hassle away from you. Once the Service Agreement is in place, we will contact you each time a service visit is due to be carried out to arrange a convenient time to attend. We guarantee all our dry/wet riser installs with a 12 months free warranty, this can be extended to a Five Year Warranty on all parts (fair wear & tear) if we are awarded the maintenance contract.
